day 7- talk about your idol and how they influence you

Big Bang
They started out as not that popular because in Korean standards they were "ugly" and their music was nothing like Korea was used to do. They were hip-hop in a music industry full of pop.
Now they're one of the biggest Korean groups in Korea and possibly the world.

Big Bang have influenced me as they have shown me where you can get with hard work, passion and determination.
Not only did they have a rocky start but have been through a number of scandals but still have come out on top.
I mean considering the things they have been through, it really doesn't show when you look at their achievements.

They also influence me, as they have also shown me that you don't have to "fake it till you make it". You can be yourself and not have to conform to society wants you to be, to be popular.
Big Bang have never strayed from their musical style and have also been themselves on variety shows, even though they aren't really that funny, which is what you're suppose to be on variety shows and I really admire that, as the K-pop industry can be very plastic and fake.

They've influenced me to have perseverance even in the hardest of times and to be myself because you can still make it, by staying true to yourself.
