It's a bad religion/ To be in love with someone/ Who could never love you@6:32 PM
48. What religion will you raise your children to practice?
I myself have never been really raised with any religion.
I occasionally take part in Buddhist activities but I've never been taught much about Buddhism.
I think that if I did chose to follow a religion though, that my parents wouldn't really mind.
But what my parents did bring me up with was good morals.
Things like not to judge, not be selfish, to be open minded, have respect, work hard and play just as hard, and things like that.
They raised me to be a someone who is not so much a good person but a person with a good heart.
And I admit, I'm not the most perfect person, but I am a person who has been raised with morals and I am someone who does what I think is right.
That's how I want to raise my children. To have morals, things that they should they themselves follow to keep themselves grounded. To do what they thin is right, whether it be in friendships, family situations, relationships, work, studies and just life in general. And to think with their heart and head. Thinking with only with your heart will lead you to doing something irrational. Thinking only with your head won't get you too far. So think with both. And if both are getting you know where, then follow your heart. Better to be irrational then to get no where in life.
and then I had no kids.
